Job description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Tariffs setup
Tasks
Enter Inter Operator Tariffs (IOTs) / Special Rate Agreements into the Clearing House’s tariff database using MS Excel, Clearing House (CH) internal online tools and UNIX
Test the implemented tariffs using pre-defined test scenarios and productive roaming data (TAP-files) in the UNIX environment with CH internal SW modules
Analyze errors, both structure and content of the error protocols generated during the tests.
Document the test results
Create test results report for customer (not required for all customers)
Update ticket indicating test creation and test complete, sent to QC – where customer requires test result, note test results were sent to customer and attach the results to the ticket.
Prepare the implemented tariffs and make them available for the production environment
Control, implement and maintain new roaming partners (Assignments)

Good communication skills
Good English, both written and verbal
Work independently and reliably
Good knowledge in SQL, UNIX/Scripts, Clearing House Online Tools
Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry
Good problem solving skills
