Details Overview:
This is a new position in the Product Marketing team, intended to free up Product Marketing Managers to perform higher-level tasks. The role has responsibility for outbound marketing deliverables that are common across all Wireless products, including product data sheets, customer presentations and web content. In addition, the role assists Product Marketing Managers with:
• application notes, white papers, customer case studies, magazine articles, press releases and advertising
• implementation of product launch plans, tradeshow participation, forums and other key industry events
• sales tool development and provision of field sales training, as well as other regular sales team communication tasks
• maintenance of online Sales Portal to ensure that all marketing materials and sales tools are accessible and current.
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role.

1. Ensures that product message, positioning, and value proposition is effectively delivered through outbound marketing objectives and their associated execution plans.
2. Develops and implements outbound marketing materials including: product data sheets and brochures, customer presentations, web content, white papers, customer case studies, magazine articles, press releases, and advertising.
3. Assists with implementation of product launch plans: ensures marketing materials and sales tools are complete and available at product launch and implements product launch events associated with product roadshows, tradeshows and industry events.
4. Supports other tradeshows, forums and other industry events as required, including demo equipment allocation and event-specific collateral development.
5. Develops sales tools and provides field sales training at regularly-scheduled sales meetings and events.
6. Communicates product updates and customer wins to field sales.
7. Assists with compilation of competitive profiles, using a range of internal and external sources.
8. Ensures that all marketing materials and sales tools are accessible by field sales and are current.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high technology electronics industry - wireless industry experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in creation of outbound marketing materials or media content is highly desirable.
Skills (Hardware, Software, Machine operations, etc.): Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills, good presentation skills, good organizational and time management skills, knowledge of wireless technology, willingness to travel up to 20% of time (domestic and international), strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
