(i). 3G Reliance ZTE Roll Out Project Kolkata, India:
• Verify the KPI values meeting the given Thresholds with the formula used to calculate the particular KPI like congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in the 3G RAN network for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
• Collecting and verify Performance drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of his area.
• Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.

(ii). 2G Aircel NSN KPI Maintaining with Drive test benchmark Project:
 For Aircel-NSN, Observing KPI Reports on daily basis.
 Plan to Audit for worst cells on the basis of the reports of Observed data.
 Customer complain solution, Check Rx level, Rx quality through Net monitor Tool at customer Problematic location then provide solution by sending the field engineer at location.
 Maintain The Drive test log file trackers.
