My one year experience with a financial institution( Oceanic Bank ) as a customer service officer and provisional support administrator, exposed me to a lot of training on the technical and operational aspect of customer service.I currently work with a pay TV company( Startimes ) as a customer care officer/call centre officer, where i co-ordinate the activities of a customer experience management Team, comprising learning and development, feedback and measurement, quality assurance and contact centre. I have good knowledge of what customers want. They want to deal with people who will give them clear and simple product information, people who will allow them to speak without interruption, people who will treat them like a king. This experience and knowledge is what i want to apply in your establishment if am given the opportunity to join your team and i believe it will give you an edge over your competitors.
